Eating green vegetables and fruits:
Are the best way of not getting sick and tired. You can decide not to eat any other food and go for fruits and veggies rather than eating junk foods like sweet desserts,fried fast foods, hamburgers and pizza. Am not saying that junk foods are bad as long as you are eating healthy foods but you should try replacing then with fruits and vegetables.
Get Vitamin D: It's very important in our body. Also helps to protect against a range of bad sickness such as Diabetes,Cancer. It also maintain the health of bones and teeth. You can also eat beef liver, cheese,egg yolks.
Stress: Get enough sleep because Stress can be a big sickness to us but most people don't know about it,stress can cause you pain, aches,low energy, headaches, depression,anger or even restlessness. But you can stop or reduce stress because most things that bring about it are;our environment, too much of learning can affect our memory their by leading to stress, our thoughts, sexual desires ,and wanting to have it all. Always believe that their is time for everything,don't force yourself to do anything and everything. Do the ones you can and leave the rest for later.
Good hygiene: Shower daily, Wash your hands before eating or preparing food, Wash your hands before inserting contact lenses or performing any other activity that brings you in contact with the eyes or mouth, Wash your hands for 20 seconds and scrub under your fingernails, Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, Carry an alcohol-based hand cleaner for on-the-go use. Disinfect shared surfaces, such as keyboards, telephones, doorknobs, and remote.
Walking : You can choose to walk than talking cab, bus because walking 4km will only take half an hour or keep moving. Walk three times a day. You can also exercise for those of you who would but walking if you can exercise much.
Keep it personal: Most people like sharing personal stuffs without understanding what personal means, it's true that sharing is good but not something like Earrings,makeup,earphones,nail clippers,hair brushes and combs,soaps, deodorant or even hats. Do not share any thing that touches the skin,you can share money, clothes but make sure you don't wear them again or even in any mentioned above.
Skip alcohol and Smoking: Go for juice, ( l mean fresh juice)
Yoga or Meditation.
Drink green tea.
